The house is four people and one bench. We do not scale, and we have stopped apologising for it.

The sheet
Brass arrives flat, in 1.2 mm sheet, from a mill in the Jura that has rolled it the same way since 1946. Nothing is bought pre-formed.

The blow
Annealed, then struck cold. A statement ring takes roughly nine hundred hammer blows. The count is not a boast — it is why the surface scatters light instead of reflecting it.

The setting
Cowrie, tiger’s eye, agate, carnelian. Each bezel is raised from the same sheet as the body, so nothing is glued and nothing can drop out.
